We all have our own holiday traditions. One of my favorite things about this time of year is look at the holiday specials that air on television each year. It was fun to see some of the classics with our children in recent years.
favorite holiday movie my wife is Christmas Vacation . Clark Griswold (the main character) is sure to find its way to our DVR when the film will be released this month.
Even in the profession of insurance, we see occasionally some specific float humor industry around the office. During the holiday season, a play that often toured reinvents the classic "T'was the night before Christmas" tale from the perspective of a professional insurance diligent. Is Santa Claus coming to burn in the fireplace? Did he get caught? Does the owner is responsible for his injuries? Essentially, the insurance company may have difficulty with Santa as a client (for more information on the insurance Santa, visit our blog Santa Claus: A risk-Ho-Ho High Assurance).
I think Clark Griswold gives Santa a good competition as client insurance companies might prefer to avoid. Consider all possible Clark claims and his family insurance could have:
- Clark likes linking things up the family vehicle: Christmas trees, luggage, and if you go back to the [original Vacation movie, something far worse! Be careful if you are driving behind the vehicle of the Griswold family!
- At Christmas, Clark is determined to have the biggest, brightest display of lights on his house. wiring set-up of Clark, a fire that finally stops the power in the neighborhood.
- cousin Eddie empties the waste container from his RV in the neighborhood sewer system that eventually becomes part of a much bigger problem.
- cousin Eddie kidnaps boss Clark when Clark is upset by the lack of a premium holiday.
- The film includes finding a Santa and reindeer display roof on fire.
