Writing a CV win -

Resume Last weekend I ventured to my alma mater to see my little brother graduated from college. I always find it hard to believe that I graduated three years ago! Where did the time ?!

While watching all students walk across the stage, I remembered my college experience. It's easy to remember all the classes you have absolutely dreaded classes where you have a huge amount of busy work, and classes that you really feel you are prepared for life after college. One of the classes that helped prepare me for my future teaching CV and cover letter writing. This is not an easy task, but a solid resume will greatly improve your chances of landing that dream job.

With this new class of graduates preparing to enter the job market today, it is important to write a resume that helps you stand out as an outstanding candidate for the job you looking for! Here are some tips to keep in mind when creating your resume and cover letter:

A resume for each employer. If you ask many jobs, you might be tempted to send a resume "standard" for all employers with job openings. However, this may reduce the chances of getting a job. You should take the time to tailor your cover letter and resume to each employer. Use specific language to the industry and to refer to the job description.

Use numbers. to attract the attention of a potential employer to show tangible results on your resume. Do not just say you increased sales and reduced costs. Did you increase sales by 15 percent and cut costs by 25 percent?

Use bullets. Make sure you use bullets and short sentences to describe your career goals, training, and other experiences. Be clear and concise is crucial!

Proofread! Typos and grammar matter big time! Your CV and cover letters must be error free! It is imperative to check and then double-check all the grammatical errors or formatting. A small control can make a bad impression. This is your only opportunity to "wow" potential employers.

Get someone else to review your resume or cover letter. Even if you watched on your resume or cover letter several times, it is always a good idea to have other opinions and provide feedback. You might be surprised what mistakes you neglected!

With a little effort, you can have a resume and letter to help you "win" with potential employers. Do you have any tips or suggestions for writing a winning resume?
