iStock_000021269599Small This last year I bought my own home! As exciting as it is, ownership brings a lot of change! I do not have a maintenance man I could count to repair my dryer (luckily my father lives here in town!), I had to manage mowing my yard, and this time I shovel my driveway more than planned. Another big change was the bills associated with maintaining a home, especially in this freezing cold weather. My gas bill is much higher for my home my quaint little apartment.
