With the closure of the third open enrollment period for the Affordable Care Act (ACA) many researchers take a look more closely at the people who buy individual health insurance by the market. The Kaiser Family Foundation has just completed its third round in a series of surveys to examine the experiences of those who put the ACA wisely. While many are pleased with the ACA, the survey revealed some room for improvement.
