Hundreds of different types of benefits are available to workers with different employers. A recent survey from the Society for Human Resource Management, 35% of HR people said their employer offered more benefits in 2015 than in 2014. The survey identifies several benefits of the trends that we should all shows in 2016.

According to the survey, following the employee retirement benefits are increasingly using

4. Financial Benefits
According to the survey, the financial benefits of following employees are on the rise in use:
- bonus spot
- signing bonus Nonexec
- donations to charity events
Self grant, credit unions and advances on wages are declining in use.
5. Benefits Employee Service
According to the survey, the following employees of services are increasing in use:
- Payment Cards
- shopping discounts
- Pet Insurance
postal services, subsidized cafeterias on site, and executive memberships club are down in use.
