- Then I prepare for my daily appointments. This is one of the most important aspects of the job; strong organization and preparation = efficiency and productivity. Generally, I plan and organize all of my appointments for the next week at an office day.
- Then I pack my computer. No matter what, I have to always be ready to quote an account in the office of an agent.
- It is better to be really early than late, so I always plan my route and account for traffic.
- during the call of the agency, I can be any or all of the following: liaison, troubleshooting, problem resolution, teacher, usher, coach, and sometimes even a motivational speaker. Agents expect us to be professional, respectful and polite.
- I find the most successful days are when an agency learns of our products, the trains on our systems, understands the value of relationships, and appreciate the partnership we have with each other.
