When you do something really well, you want to share how you do it. But what really motivates how you do something is why you do it first.
Maybe you made a promise to do the right thing and you want to stay true to your word.
perhaps because you enjoy the relationships you have and want to strengthen.
Or maybe because you refuse to compromise on quality and continually pursue excellence.
