Thank you to advances in technology such as smartphones, laptops and tablets, there are a number of ways for people to find just about anything they want. This can include comparison shopping, consumer reports, and find information about a particular product or service, if you want to get or if you already have. The list of possibilities is endless.

As an active consumer, I am happy that most of my favorite companies have websites that I can use to access a lot well maintained information contained in a very short time. I consider this one of the best types of customer service the company can offer consumers! I especially love the sites where I can create my own and follow my information that relates to that business. An example of this would be my insurer. I have an online account with them and in no time, I can log in and pay my insurance bill each month without having to lose a check, stamp, or the waiting time waiting for a representative the customer service!

Excellent customer service has increased beyond even websites! Most companies today have some sort of application for their products or services. One of my favorite apps on my smartphone is Meijer application. It is synchronized with my right mPerks account and I can save money while using it. I love how easy it is to find a good or see listings for the week. Most trips to Meijer really make me happy because I feel like this company really cares about me, because of the great coupons and discounts I receive from using their app on my phone.
