Premium Tax Credits Federal Run markets competence - in June, it is expected that the Supreme Court will consider a challenge ( king v. Burwell ) for the premium tax credits to Act affordable care available through the federal government-run marketplace. If the Supreme Court vote in favor of King v. Burwell, ACA could undergo significant changes in order to remain consistent with the federal government. And it is felt nearly ten million people could lose their individual health insurance accordingly.

30-Hour Work Week - legislation was introduced in January to change the definition of ACA of a full-time working week from 30 hours to 40 hours. This bill was not passed
