It's been about a year that key provisions of the Affordable Care Act (aka the ACA or Obamacare ) entered into force. Now more than ever, companies and their employees are affected by the health reforms. Will Obamacare Be Repealed?

Since it was signed into law in 2010, there have been several legislative efforts to repeal, amend, or fix the law.
