Health insurance has never provided more drama on television during the day!
As passionate people can be on the subject, there is a large sector of the population that has no idea what is happening honestly.
A recent survey by the Pew Research Center found some stats "enlightening" about how much our country has the decision of health reform. Obviously, the
readers GoHealth blog "Coverage Corner" are super knowledgeable about the current and the reform of the health events. But in case you're wondering rest of the nation:
- 15 percent of Americans surveyed believed that most of the law was struck
- 30 percent of Americans simply had no idea that the Supreme Court was
age group who knew the least about the decision were young adults, ages 18-29. This will do nothing for the reputation of the youth of America! Take a look:
- Two of three people aged 18 to 29 thought that the Supreme Court had struck either ACA or just had no idea that there was a decision had been taking
- 43 percent of people 18 to 29 admitted they had no idea what the decision was.
- 37 percent of those 18 to 29 were knowledgeable and knew that the majority of the law was upheld.
