For most of the directors of human resources, the beginning of a new way of year reassessing the health benefits of your organization. If you have not yet determined your best plan of action for 2016, there are several avenues to explore. Do not forget that most of these options have final registration dates to be considered.

individual policies
Many dental practices are now encouraging their employees to purchase policies of individual health care, and the employer then establishes a repayment plan to cover or completely cover this cost. You can set a time of employees repayment plan you want, but registration open for individual policies is available only until January 31 for coverage starting March 1.
SHOP market
If your dental office employs 50 people or less, consider the Small Business Health options program (SHOP) market to provide them with group coverage. This choice, which requires the employer to choose a plan on behalf of employees, is often a more cost effective approach for large enterprises with a young workforce.
traditional group Options
With January almost over, you may want to explore your health care options more thoroughly before moving your traditional group policy to an individual program or SHOP. Alternatively, you can keep your existing group policy, but make it more affordable for your employees. If this sounds like you, here are two ideas:
