So what can you do to keep your family safe from this dangerous disease sometimes? Here are three ways to avoid getting the flu this winter.
Get vaccinated.
Most people think automatically get the vaccine against the flu means getting the vaccine against influenza. However, there are several types of vaccines, you may receive to protect against influenza
- Flu shot :. This is the route many people choose, that injects the dead virus in your system of protection against the live influenza virus in the future. This method is available for those aged 18 to 64.
- nasal spray: FluMist contains a live version, but weakened influenza virus. This method is recommended for anyone, including young children who can not get the vaccine against influenza

Stop the spread of germs
