There are also reasons why you may find yourself out of a truck route, which are considered acceptable.
These can include obtaining fuel having repairs carried out, making your way to a housing or to get food (in a commercial), or to make a delivery of cargo. However, these relaxations only apply provided that the driver takes the most accessible direct connection from the nearest road trucks and destination. If the vehicle owner has made prior arrangements to park or store the vehicle out of a truck route, then he / she must also use the most accessible direct connection.
When a vehicle is driven, used, parked or left in contravention of any provision of this Regulation, the vehicle owner is guilty of an offense and liable to the penalty prescribed in these Regulations . Wondering what the amount of the penalty be? When issuing a summons for a violation of Article 2 of the penalty for this offense is five hundred dollars ($ 500.00). The agent may choose to issue a parking tag to be in violation of Article 13, which would amount to $ 100.00
