with the start of a new year has continued the debate on the effectiveness of our national health care systems and the implementation of the affordable care Act (ACA). The conversation is far from over, and measure the success of these initiatives is far from an exact science - but to learn about how other countries are dealing with similar challenges and potential barriers to the health of their respective populations might be a good place to start.
