Five of the largest insurance companies disease in New Jersey, including Aetna and Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, launched a pilot program that will enable health care providers to easily obtain information on patient insurance. This new program will help health providers spend less time on paperwork and looking for insurance information.

According to The New York Times , physicians and hospitals will be able to use a single Web portal to find information about the coverage and the latest demands of a patient. This site will help healthcare providers save tens of billions they spend on administrative work all the costs of health care-year cut.
