RU is a unique opportunity for students interested in pursuing a career in the insurance sector. Entering its second year, the UK has trained and placed students directly into full-time positions in insurance Alberta. Developed by the management team at Rogers Insurance, the program is designed for people with no experience in the industry.
This exclusive program is designed to help students build a strong foundation for a career in the insurance industry. During the six-month contract, they will work alongside professionals from the most talented in the industry insurance. At the end of their placement, the intention is to allocate to the company area that best fits their skills and abilities
Students can expect a regular work week. Monday to Friday, 8:00 pm 15-5 under 30. The day is a mixture of seminars, formal education and self-learning. Level I license - general insurance, training, pure three month rotation education. Students can expect? Knowledge of commercial and personal insurance, hands-on training seminars, in-house and more.
Having successfully completed the maintenance phase, our students are offered a six-month contract by which they will be compensated while they are being training on the job.
